About the Seminars

About the Instructor

In the 36 years that the Hazardous Materials and Waste Seminars have been conducted, we have seen many changes; however, the next few years will have the greatest increase, not only in hazardous materials, substances, chemicals and waste regulations, but in more stringent training requirements and increased penalties. When a company is undergoing a compliance check, training certification is a requirement of the regulations. And, upon completion of the seminar, each participant will receive a “Certificate of Completion” documenting compliance with the regulatory training requirements of the regulations.

Certificate of Completion

All participants will receive a “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION” attesting that they have attended the DOT/EPA/OSHA mandatory annual and triennial review of the hazardous materials and waste communications and management regulations. This document is requested during State and Federal inspections.
