2022/23 Compliance Guide Corrections
Although this year we did our very best to produce with great accuracy, the 2022/23 Hazardous Materials, Substances and Wastes Compliance Guides we have just noticed an error. So, I ask that if you have purchased this years guide to take out a pen and make the below corrections.
Inside the front cover of your guide:
In the second box where it says “Certain Sections in this Compliance Guide have been referenced with a numerical notation “see also…” - after it lists our website: The Ⓕ symbol indications sections affected by the Final Rule made by DOT on July 26th, 2022 with an effective date of August 25, 2022. Read more on DOT 1083.
The inside cover should look like this:
Correction to the Hazardous Materials Table 172.101 headers:
Please note that it has been brought to our attention that there was an error made in the Hazardous Materials Table 172.101 description header. Please note that description (6) SHOULD READ Label Codes 172.402 (a) & (b), NOT 173.402 (a) & (b).
