About Rob

Transportation Skills Programs, Inc. pioneered Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Seminars in 1972, and has been conducting them across the U.S. ever since.  After working in the oil, steel and publishing industries, our instructor, Robert Keegan, joined the company in the early 1980s, learning all aspects of the business, and has been conducting training seminars himself for the past 25+ years.  He assumed ownership of the company from his father, the company founder, in 1999.

Rob’s philosophy centers on the interface between the regulatory agencies and their requirements.  TSP is the only training company emphasizing this critical interface and using it to better understand each agency’s requirements.
